Gender Diverse

Gender diverse youth, including those who identify as non-binary or gender non-conforming, face higher rates of mental health challenges compared to their cisgender peers. They are at increased risk for depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation. Supportive environments and access to gender-affirming care can significantly improve mental health outcomes for gender diverse youth.
