Biography
Sarah came to work in the intellectual Disabilities team 6 years ago. Her role is to support young people and families manage mental health disorders. Sarah works collaboratively with the Doncaster Parent Forum in Doncaster to ensure that families have access to services and support that they require in addition to there mental health needs. This ensures that young people have an individualised and holistic plan of care.
