Biography

Ramya is an academic child and adolescent psychiatrist with interest in mood disorders (particularly irritability and depression) and neurodevelopmental conditions (including ADHD and autism). Ramya's research focusses on understanding how earlier life factors may relate to future mental health and how we can improve both preventive and treatment focussed interventions for children and young people. Clinically, Ramya currently works in an ADHD service with young people who are transitioning to adult services.
