He is an experienced charity CEO, an executive coach, and freelance consultant with over 25 years of impact across the NHS, local government, and voluntary sectors. He is widely recognised for his work in mental health, serving as a host for the ACAMH podcast “Mind the Kids,” where he interviews leading researchers and clinicians about evidence-based practices and innovation in youth mental health services.
