Biography
Jane is a Research Fellow in York Trials Unit at the University of York. She was one of the Trial Coordinators on the 'Autism Spectrum Social Stories™ In Schools Trial-2'. Her background is in developmental psychology and her PhD focused on the relationship between sleep, physical activity, cognitive function and psychosocial well-being in children with narcolepsy. Jane's research interests include neurodevelopmental and sleep disorders in children and randomised controlled trials within educational settings. Jane is currently working on a NIHR HTA funded Randomised Controlled Trial called 'Intensive Interaction for children and young people with profound and multiple learning disabilities: INTERACT trial'.
