Biography
Caitlin Lloyd, PhD, is a postdoctoral research fellow at the Columbia Center for Eating Disorders, Columbia University Department of Psychiatry. Caitlin specializes in understanding the neuroscience of anorexia nervosa and particularly the neurocognitive mechanisms underlying restructive eating pathology. Her work combines neuroimaging techniques with behavioral assessments and computational analytic approaches. This allows her to address precise hypotheses concerning the biological and cognitive mechanisms that contribute to eating pathology, which she hopes will translate into novel targets for eating disorders treatment.
