Biography

Bettina Moltrecht is a Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for Longitudinal studies at the University College London (UCL) and at Anna Freud, a large UK mental health charity for children, young people and families. Bettina combines a strong clinical, tech and research background in her work. At UCL Bettina leads on the Harmony project, a new AI data tool that support researchers with global mental health research and is co-founder of UCL's Digital Mental Health Hub. At Anna Freud (AF) Bettina leads on the development of a new online intervention for families living with parental mental illness and is co-investigator on the  "ERiC" trial to help investigate the impact of mentalization-based treatment on emotion regulation and mental health in children.
