Dr. Alex Lloyd

Biography

Alex Lloyd is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at UCL. His research examines how cognitive-emotional development during adolescence can confer risk for psychopathology, as well as how interventions can prevent the onset or worsening of mental health problems during this developmental period. Alex is also a trustee at the youth work charity Dragon Hall Trust. He has given a TEDx talk on the importance of taking a public health approach to youth crime.
