Dean Harvey

Biography

Dean Harvey has led on Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic mental health and community development in Cornwall for 15yrs. During this time, he has developed and designed a number of specialised/bespoke training packages directly relevant to services across Devon and Cornwall. Dean is a former chair of Cornwall Racial Equality Council and Co-designer of the Third-Party Support & Reporting centres for Hate Crime within Cornwall. Dean self describes as ‘a survivor of many systems’ these include the systems he believes need to change, and is always proactively working towards these changes.
