Child and adolescent mental health in LMICs is increasingly recognised as a critical public health issue, with growing efforts to develop culturally appropriate interventions and strengthen mental health systems. However, significant gaps remain in service provision and research, highlighting the need for increased investment and capacity building in child and adolescent mental health care in these regions.
