Motor skills

Motor skills development is closely linked to cognitive and social-emotional development in children and adolescents. Deficits in motor skills are associated with various neurodevelopmental disorders, including ADHD and autism spectrum disorders. Interventions targeting motor skills can improve not only physical functioning but also cognitive and social outcomes in children with mental health challenges.
