Alexia
Alexia, or acquired reading impairment, is not typically associated with Williams syndrome. However, individuals with Williams syndrome may experience reading difficulties related to their overall cognitive profile and specific challenges with visuospatial processing. These difficulties are more accurately described as developmental reading disorders rather than alexia.
