Biography

Olakunle (Kunle) Oginni completed his PhD in Behavioural Genetics at the Social Genetic and Developmental Psychiatry Centre, the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience, King’s College London. Presently, he is a Welsh Clinical Academic Track Fellow at Cardiff University, and splits his time between clinical training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and postdoctoral research. He recently received an Academy of Medical Sciences Starter Grant for Clinical Lecturers to carry out an ongoing pilot study among twins and their parents in Nigeria investigating factors linked to the children’s mental health.
