Sydney holds a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Melbourne. As a Senior Project Officer for the Melbourne Children's Campus Mental Health Strategy, she has spent the past two years developing clinical practice guidelines to ensure evidence-based, high-quality care in children's mental health. A passionate advocate for implementation science, Sydney focuses on translating research into practice to improve healthcare delivery. With experience in projects across Australia, the United States, Guatemala, Pakistan, and Afghanistan, she is deeply committed to enhancing access to quality, evidence-based healthcare both in Australia and globally, driven by her dedication to impactful, person centred outcomes.
