Biography
I am a dramatherapist and first year PhD doctoral researcher based in the Youth Resilience Research Unit. Although in its infancy, my research explores the role of dramatherapy as means of developing resilience for adolescents experiencing anxiety and/or depression. Outside of this role, I am also an active member of the British Association of Dramatherapists’ Research Subcommittee where I strive to develop the evidence base of the field.
