Biography

Dr Victoria Pile is a Clinical Psychologist and Senior Lecturer at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience at King’s College London. She completed her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and PhD at King’s and, clinically, has worked across CAMHS, including national specialist services and CYP IAPT. Her research focuses on improving access to effective early interventions by targeting key psychological mechanisms and co designing treatments that work in real world settings. Supported by NIHR fellowship funding, she has developed and rigorously evaluated innovative interventions in randomised controlled trials. Victoria works closely with young people, families, and under represented communities, with a strong commitment to meaningful, real world impact.
