Biography
Sara Bierer is an independent Chartered Educational Psychologist with nearly 30 years’ experience working across both the private and state sectors. She began her career as a primary school teacher in London and Madrid before qualifying as an educational psychologist in 1997, going on to spend 25 years in a Local Authority team supporting children from early years through to adolescence.
Sara has held senior roles, including Senior Specialist Educational Psychologist for Early Years, and has extensive expertise in special educational needs, early identification, and multi-disciplinary working. In her independent practice, she combines professional knowledge with a warm, nurturing approach, helping families understand their child’s needs and navigate often complex systems with clarity and confidence. She also works closely with multi-disciplinary teams and brings both professional and personal insight as a parent.
